A beautiful park located in Misawa. Tonami Clan Memorial Tourist Village has a lot to offer. Set on the grounds of the first "Western" farm in Northern Japan the park is very large. You can see the historic buildings, beautiful statues as well as a museum. There is no lack of activities for the children as well. Go carts, mini golf, a petting zoo and pony riding are available. There are restrooms and facilities for food(Japanese) as well.
Directions: Travel out the POL gate and turn left at the first stoplight. Continue down the street until you come to the intersection where Circle K is on the right and a sign for Misawa Cycling Road on the right. Make a left turn here. Continue down the road for approximately 15 km (about 10 minutes). You will cross a bridge and a sign for the Misawa Citizen's Forestry Park. Tonami Clan Memorial Tourist Village will be on the left.
