Alright not my most exciting post ever... but many requests from newcomers. The Misawa Air Base is a full grocery store. Produce, meats, deli and more is available. Occasionally the dairy department runs dry, but you can always get stuff off base. Special orders are accepted.

Hi. We're going to PCS to Misawa in May. We're so excited!
Do you know if soy milk is available in the commissary? My son is allergic to cow's milk. I suspect that even if it's not we can probably find it off-base, but an on-base source would be nice while we're getting settled.

There are a couple different brands available and you can special order some as well. They also have the lactose free version for those who get g..... :)
